Maserati Quattroporte GTS
More beautiful than a traditional limousine, more comfortable than an Italian thoroughbred. That is the Maserati Quattroporte in a nutshell. See here the best that the modern QP range has to offer: the GTS. Original new delivered in the Netherlands by Louwman and perfect dealer maintenance; the last service dates from June 2017.
The showpiece of the Maserati 4-door is rather a hardcore sports car with limousine influences than vice versa. And secretly we had hoped for that a bit. Our Italian car heart is in full swing. Is this car really as good as it looks? No, better still.
Exterior
The Maserati Quattroporte GTS itself is so pronounced that the elegant carriage almost begs for a subdued body color. The original owner responded to this wish and provided his magically beautiful machine with a super chic Nero Carbonio lacquer. The 21-inch, anthracite-colored rims are as stylish as they are sporty. The red calipers behind it breathe uncut performance; together with the rims, double exhausts, subtle mounted bumper (spoiler) s and side skirts, they form an exciting contrast with the classical lines of the Maserati. And they also make the Quattroporte very tasteful. As only Italians can!
Interior
The color scheme in the cockpit is less sober, but at least as refined as the exterior. There are still black parts, but the Cuoio leather is dominated and thus largely determines the overall, first-class impression on board the GTS. Chrome moldings and wood finish complete the gracious ambience within the Maserati. A car where you really sit down for fun. And not only for the sake of driving!
To make it more comfortable for the occupants, the Italians assembled a sliding / tilt sunroof, Bowers & Wilkins sound system, heated front and rear seats, integrated ventilation in the front seats, as well as a reversing camera. See to renounce it!
Technology & performance
The only thing you renounce in this Quattroporte is other road users. The 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 is a joy to operate and to listen to. The 530 horsepower and 710 Newton meters allow you to deliver great performance; Maserati is obliged to do so at her stand.
To further accentuate the sporty DNA, the power is released exclusively on the rear wheels. The automatic transmission counts no less than 8 gears. This pushes the stately trident within 4.7 seconds from standstill to 100 km / h, and a top speed far above 300 km / h is at least as realistic as viewing. There are few pure sports cars that the GTS imitate. Have we been too modest yet? There is only one way to find out ...
Sincerely,
Prince Esclusivo\\
