Small in size but provided with a huge character: the Fiat Panda 4x4 hits the (off)road in a very unique and charming way! The playful Italian looks lovely, but shows real muscle when necessary. With its four-wheel drive the Panda stands its ground on poor and unpaved roads. A touching way to show false modesty! This gorgeous car was delivered new on June 27, 1986 in Pavia, 25 kilometers below fashion city Milan. Poured into bright red, the Fiat is tough and sweet at the same time. The compact, angular body is unmistakable Panda and still knows how to generate loads of sympathy. The large wheels, additional headlights in the grille, robust rubbing strips on the sides and tiny air intakes in the bonnet unveil the true potential of this endearing Italian. The Panda 4x4 is the first model provided with a small, transversely mounted engine in combination with all-wheel drive. It should come as no surprise that the Fiat was simply too nice to leave behind when we found it by chance in the country of origin. Certainly under warm and sunny circumstances the joyful icon has a great appeal to us, thanks to the double folding roof. Would you like to see more of this small but extremely fine classic? Good news: the Panda 4x4 is now on display at our Classics showroom in the Netherlands! See you there? Kind regards, Prins Classics Model range: mrt 1985 - apr 1986.
